My name is Rusty G. I have been into a lot of things over the years. I can go as far back as memory serves, but really, it all started when I moved to Nashville, TN in the summer of 2005.
That was the day I moved to Nashville and man do I wish I could ever get back to that weight. As we all know, that doesn’t last anymore. We all add that “freshman 15” and either keep it or lose it. For me unfortunately, it was to keep it (+/- 50pnds ish). Like I said, I can go as far back as memory serves:
